Another JOLT....

A young beautiful woman came to get a toner on her hair and then an up do. A toner wouldn't do so I placed 2 strategic highlights and tinted her hair a semi-permanent rich brown color. She had to wait because she had made the wrong appointment. Well, when the stylist started drying her hair she started yelling that the stylist was too slow,a very experienced woman , so I had to stop the color correction I was doing and help dry her hair . Finally the client aplogized, said she loved her color and the elegant age appropriate style and left for her gala affair. What I say, give yourself plenty of time at the salon, stuff happens that are out of our control. Or come in for a consult so that we all know what to plan for before your appointment.
