That's what I wanted to do, after a client walked out on me, last Saturday. This client I had colored (generic term for highlights, tint, etc) her hair for years. The poor client was shaking when I had reached at her car window. I reiterated to her that I was only going to be 5 minutes. The client said she had given up a date to be with her daughter and husband. What could I do,let her go. Tomorrow I'll call her and offer another apology and offer a free moisturing treatment. I'll also tell this client that I can be flexible, come in early to care for her, or for her to call and ask if I could be on time. Aheads up, that's all.
Personally, this client needs to get her priorities straight, call and communicate, stop feeling guilty for taking care of herself.
